President
- Help determine the future vision of SFLNC. Set the agenda and schedule monthly conference calls with the Directors. Maintain contact with the National Students for Life organization. Begin networking with other Statewide groups to share ideas. Oversee the tasks of all other officers to make sure that everything is running smoothly.
Vice President
- Shall assist the President in all organizational affairs of the statewide group including helping oversee all other officers, planning events, working with state groups throughout the nation, and taking over in the absence of the President.
Secretary
- Shall take minutes of monthly conference calls and send it via email to all officers.
Fundraising Directors
- Shall hold treasury responsibilities such as, creating an annual budget, fundraising plans and goals, helping chapter groups with fundraising ideas, and finding, contacting, and recording donors and donations on a state level.
Outreach Directors (3)
- Shall create a communications link between all State pro-life organizations and plan and carry out outreach events.
College Outreach Director
- Shall correspond with presidents of preexisting groups in order to pull resources and help strengthen each chapter. Shall help train and set up new chapters with any interested students at schools presently without a prolife group.
High School Outreach Director
- Shall correspond with high schools and high school pro-life groups to offer pro-life training and assist them in strengthening their groups. Shall ensure that high school seniors know how to become involved with Students for Life groups once they have reached college.
Statewide Event
- Shall plan and implement a statewide event to be held on every chapter’s campus. (i.e. Baby Shower Drive, Women’s Resources Fair, Silent No More Rally, or 40 Days for Life)
Conference Director
- Shall assist in all planning of and invitation to the annual state conference (contacting chapter groups, searching for speakers, assigning venue, and coordinating housing)
March for Life Coordinator
- Will assist chapter groups in planning the annual trip to DC for the March for Life and the Students for Life of America conference (both in January) so groups can follow one cohesive state plan, collaborate on traveling, housing accommodations, and more.
Public Relations Director
- Shall correspond with press after statewide events.
Webmaster
- Shall update the SFLNC website (www.sflnorthcarolina.org) and contact chapter groups for announcements to post on website.
Photographer
- Shall photograph all group events and send photo updates to webmaster.
